Why this Blog?
The purpose of this blog is to act as an information medium for people interested in invertebrates especially Odonata. We have noticed that conservation of any species depends more or less to the glamour it possesses! So why not apply some cream of glamour to these glorious species? That's what we are intended to do via this blog!

Our logo contains two Odonates. A Dragonfly & a Damselfly. Green & Blue lines represent the habitat (wetlands) in which these guys are generally found.
You may wonder why we chose dark brown background for white colored figures! Well, it's a famous Indian tribal art form; popularly known as 'Warali' painting!
We think that there is lot more to learn about human-animal interactions from tribal art forms. It's in Warali that one can see the state of happiness which persists forever!
Odonating is a step towards appreciating natural designs! A step towards happiness which lasts forever! Warali is apt for that.
